1.Why does my windshield wipers leave streaks?

9.Why wipers wiping up is clean, wiping down isn’t?
When the wiper wiping up, the window is clean, but wiping down, there is water marks, please try to replace the rubber refill in the another direction. After replacing, if it is same problem, please check the wiper arm. Please put a paper on window, and then put wiper arm on paper, then you can see the wiper arm is parallel and stick with window fully or not, if there is space, then the problem is wiper arm deformed. Please bend the wiper arm to be stick fully on window. Then intall the wiper, it will be ok.
10.How often do you change your windshield wipers?
