A leading automotive parts buyer from Russia visited our factory to conduct an on-site evaluation of our windshield wiper products. The customer, initially in Guangzhou, made a special high-speed train trip to inspect our production facilities and assess product performance firsthand.
During the visit, our team guided the customer through multiple wiper production lines, showcasing the complete quality control process from raw material selection to final assembly. The buyer evaluated several wiper samples on-site and showed interest in two key products:
PT15 Integrated Spray Wiper – Featuring a one-piece design that combines spray and wiping functions, the PT15 offers easy installation and enhanced driving safety.
FT37 Multi-Function Beam Wiper – A top-selling model in overseas markets, known for wide vehicle compatibility and stable performance.
The customer took both PT15 and FT37 samples for local vehicle testing in Russia. During follow-up discussions, delivery schedules were highlighted as a priority. The buyer requested a reduction of approximately five days from the standard lead time to better align with local market distribution timelines. Our team is coordinating production and supply chain resources to meet this request while maintaining high product quality.
This visit strengthened mutual understanding of business operations and product technologies, laying a practical foundation for future bulk orders. We will continue to follow up on sample test results and provide full support regarding delivery planning, packaging, and certification requirements to ensure seamless collaboration.
