Since March 2025, Yujin has been hosting a cozy and thoughtful Afternoon Tea Corner in the company’s breakroom, an ongoing initiative dedicated to nurturing both the body and mind of our employees.
Afternoon time, the space comes alive with a curated selection of light snacks, fresh fruit, and seasonal beverages, providing a relaxing break for staff across all departments. The atmosphere is warm and casual, encouraging team members to pause, recharge, and connect beyond work.
To enrich the experience, a hands-on wellness activity was introduced: a DIY mugwort hammer (艾草锤) session. Each employee received a materials kit and step-by-step video to craft their own aromatic herbal hammer, known for its traditional calming properties and benefits in promoting restful sleep.
One of our team members from the production line shared a touching story:
“I gave the mugwort hammer I made to my grandmother. She said it helped ease her shoulder pain and slept better that night. I never thought something from our tea break would mean so much at home.”
