When Deng Kaiping first came to Liuzhou from Hunan in 2019, he didn’t know many people and had no big budget. What he did have was a clear idea: introduce Yujin windshield wipers to a city full of cars but crowded with competition.


He started out simply, walking into auto parts stores and small repair garages with a few samples in hand. “Sometimes they’d tell me, ‘We already have a supplier,’” Deng recalls. “But I’d still ask them to try my wipers for a week. If they worked better, then we’d talk.”


Mr. Deng’s persistence gradually paid off. Before long, auto repair shops began reaching out to him on their own. Many shop owners told him that after trying the wipers, they found them truly long-lasting, especially in Liuzhou’s rainy climate, where their service life was noticeably longer than other brands. What impressed customers even more was that no matter what special model they needed, even hard-to-find sizes, Deng could always arrange them right away.


By 2023, Deng was supplying over 300 workshops, retailers, and regional distributors. He never promised the cheapest price, but he offered bulk order deals, OEM branding, and a steady flow of stock direct from Yujin’s factory. “If a customer called me at 10 p.m. because they needed 50 sets the next morning, I’d find a way,” he says.

Deng’s business is steadily growing, moving from his Liuzhou base into nearby cities. When asked about his secret, he says, “Fast logistics and strong factory support are the two pillars behind our expansion.” He’s built a delivery network that gets orders to customers quickly, and with the factory’s production power, he can handle everything from custom packaging to tricky mixed orders with different models and sizes. 


His rule is, “If the customer needs it, we make it happen.” That approach, backed by reliable product quality and friendly service, has made “Deng’s wipers” a name people in the trade recognize, and his client list keeps getting longer every month.


“You can talk about success in big words,” Deng shrugs, “but for me, it’s just about showing up, delivering what you promise, and keeping people’s trust.”
