Polish Customer Visits BAOYI Wiper Factory for On Site Audit and OEM Cooperation

Recently, a customer from Poland visited BAOYI®, a professional wiper blade manufacturer in China, for an on-site factory audit and discussions on future OEM cooperation. During the visit, the customer toured our windshield wiper production facilities, reviewed our quality management system, and explored our manufacturing capabilities for customized wiper blade solutions.

For international buyers, visiting a factory is an important part of supplier evaluation. It provides a direct understanding of how products are manufactured and whether the supplier can support stable, long-term cooperation.

Factory Audit: Exploring Our Wiper Blade Manufacturing Process

During the visit, the customer toured several key production areas, including the raw material warehouse, rubber processing workshop, injection molding workshop, wiper blade assembly lines, and packaging area.

The production team introduced the complete manufacturing process, explaining how raw materials are transformed into finished wiper blades. The customer also learned about our production management, manufacturing equipment, and daily operations.

Both sides exchanged ideas on production capacity and manufacturing efficiency, helping the customer better understand our ability to support future OEM projects.

Reviewing Quality Control Throughout Production

Quality management was another important part of the factory audit.

Our quality team introduced its quality control procedures, including incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process quality inspection (IPQC), finished product inspection (FQC), and routine product testing.

The customer also visited the testing area to learn how product quality is monitored throughout the manufacturing process. Both teams discussed inspection procedures, testing methods, and quality management practices.

After the factory tour, both teams held a meeting to discuss future OEM cooperation.
