Most buyers don’t complain about wiping performance on day one.
Problems usually show up months later.
Hardened rubber.
Uneven pressure.
Returns that shouldn’t have happened.
For many distributors and assemblers, the issue isn’t the blade — it’s the wiper blade refill inside it.
The UR Series was designed after repeated feedback from workshops and aftermarket buyers. Standard refills wear out too fast and behave like consumables.
We wanted something different.
UR is built with an integrated four-layer structure — three support layers and one wiping layer — bonded as a single unit. The goal is simple:
make the refill last longer and behave more consistently over time.
Not a marketing upgrade.
A structural one.
Different buyers choose UR refills for different reasons.
Some want fewer returns.
Some want a premium “long-life” line.
Some are simply tired of explaining warranty claims.
In most cases, it comes down to three things:
When assembled into a finished blade, UR refills allow you to position the product as long-life or professional-grade, not entry-level.
That usually supports better margins and clearer product differentiation.
Longer service life means fewer early complaints.
Less back-and-forth with customers.
Less cost hidden in logistics, replacements, and time.
Because replacement cycles are longer, many buyers find that their refill sourcing becomes more stable. Planning improves. Emergency orders drop.

This is where UR differs from common refills.
The multi-layer support acts like a small internal frame. Pressure from the wiper arm is distributed more evenly along the wiping edge.
In real use, this reduces chatter, vibration, and uneven wear — especially on curved windshields or at higher speeds.
The reinforced core helps slow down the typical problems caused by UV, ozone, and temperature swings.
From what we see, early hardening and cracking are far less common compared with standard rubber refills.
Operating range: –30°C to 70°C
Actual lifespan still depends on climate and usage, but consistency is noticeably better.
UR wiper blade refills are designed for mainstream frameless wiper systems.
We provide fit references, and many customers send us their wiper frames for confirmation.
We’re happy to test compatibility before you commit — no guessing.
We don’t position ourselves as a one-off refill seller.
Key processes like co-extrusion and synchronized vulcanization are handled in-house. This keeps the layers bonded permanently and avoids separation issues across batches.
Bulk rolls
Fixed-length cutting
Neutral or custom packaging
Minor profile adjustments for specific frames

How do I justify a higher price to my customers?
Many buyers explain it using the total cost over time. Even if the initial price is higher, a refill that lasts significantly longer usually costs less over a year.
What is the MOQ? Can lengths be mixed?
Standard MOQ starts from your confirmed quantity (e.g., 3,000 pcs). Mixed lengths within one order are supported to help with initial stocking.
Lead time?
Typical production lead time is 15–30 days after confirmation. Larger or customized orders follow a confirmed schedule.
Can I test samples first?
Yes. You can send 1–2 commonly used wiper frames. We’ll assemble UR refills and return them for evaluation.
If you’re sourcing wiper blade refills not just for replacement, but for long-term product stability, UR is worth testing.
