Most adapter packaging is completed during the final assembly stage of the order.
After adapters are produced, we check the kit structure first. Some customers request 3-piece sets, others require full mixed adapter kits.
Based on the kit type, we choose different packaging methods:
Small kits → PE self-adhesive bag packing
Retail kits → paper color box packing
Bulk orders → poly bag + carton loading
After packing, each batch is checked again before moving to final carton packaging.
We use printed paper boxes when customers sell adapter kits under their own brand.
Logo, barcode, and product codes are printed directly before folding and packing.
Poly bags are used when the order is shipped in bulk cartons without retail display requirements.
We usually seal bags manually to ensure adapters do not move during long-distance shipping.
This is used when customers need visible adapter sets, especially for e-commerce or mixed kits.
The bag is heat-sealed after labeling.
We do not use standard packaging only.
Most OEM customers send us artwork files, and we print directly on packaging or labels before assembly.
